Discover Eredi Zucca at FISENCE Barcelona, where Milanese heritage joins a growing selection of exceptional perfume houses.
Eredi Zucca approaches perfume through an unusually specific cultural lens: the Milanese barbershop. The house draws on the history of barbers associated with the Zucca name, with its own account of that heritage reaching back to 1652. The Italian word eredi means “heirs”, placing inheritance at the centre of its identity. Here, that inheritance encompasses gestures, objects and an understanding of personal elegance rooted in daily ritual.
This offers a useful way to read the collection. Barbering brings fragrance close to the body and to everyday life: preparation, touch, grooming and the time devoted to oneself. Eredi Zucca develops that setting into a broader portrait of Milan, drawing together the city's artistic references and its culture of craftsmanship. Seen this way, the perfumes become individual studies within a shared cultural framework.

Tabacco, composed by Blaise Mautin, gives this approach a material focus. Geranium, orange and bergamot introduce a heart of tobacco leaves, patchouli and cinnamon, followed by tolu resin, sandalwood and labdanum. The published structure places tobacco between green, spicy and resinous elements. Its interest lies in that layering: a familiar material becomes the centre of a composition with several distinct registers.
Duomo, created by Marie Urban Le Febvre of Urban Scents, makes the connection to barbering particularly tangible through bay rum. Lime and lemon meet bay leaf, rum, cinnamon and clove, supported by vetiver, patchouli, oakmoss and suede. The composition links the aromatic brightness of a grooming ritual with a substantial woody foundation. Its name and its cameo of Gian Galeazzo Visconti place that intimate ritual within the monumental history of Milan.
A different vocabulary emerges in Novecento, by Nanako Ogi. Carrot seed, cardamom and lavender lead into cedarwood and patchouli, with ambrettolide, ambroxan and musk forming the base. The combination of botanical references and contemporary perfumery materials suggests a dialogue between tactile warmth and abstraction. Within the house's historical setting, this composition introduces an interesting expression of modernity.
Ultima Cena, also by Mautin, brings rose, geranium and pink pepper into contact with patchouli, incense and musk. Its Leonardo da Vinci cameo connects the perfume to The Last Supper and the artist's Milanese legacy. Read alongside its floral and resinous composition, the reference invites an interpretation centred on contemplation and the relationship between art and atmosphere.

The bottles continue this cultural narrative. Faceted glass, metal structures with a brass finish and engraved caps recall antique perfume vessels, while the cameos give individual fragrances their own historical identities. The coherence between composition, name and object is Eredi Zucca's strongest proposition: it gives the collection a recognisable world that can sustain several perfumers' voices.

In Spain, and specifically in Barcelona, Eredi Zucca can be discovered at FISENCE. The boutique also brings together an expanding selection of exceptional fragrance houses, including HFC Paris, Carthusia, OJAR, Marrakech Impérial and Discothèque. With new brands enriching its assortment, FISENCE is an address to revisit: a place to explore some of contemporary perfumery's most distinctive creative worlds, with room for another discovery on each visit.
