A Playful Perfume That Smells Like Nostalgia, Buttered Popcorn, and Fizzy Joy
God Bless Cola: A Gourmet Ode to Pop Culture by Versatile Paris

In today’s landscape of modern niche perfumery, where creativity meets sustainability, and transparency walks hand in hand with playfulness, Versatile Paris emerges as a brand rewriting the rules of luxury. Founded in 2021 by visionary perfumer Coralie Frébourg, this Parisian house has become a refreshing voice in the fragrance world, offering scents that are honest, joyful, and unapologetically original.

Versatile is not just a perfume brand – it’s an attitude. It embraces fragrance as an emotional, everyday ritual that transcends gender and defies convention. All Versatile perfumes are genderless, vegan, alcohol-free, and cruelty-free, made with a base of sweet almond and wheat germ oils. Each formula is fully disclosed, and ingredients – both natural and synthetic – are transparently listed, because the brand believes in education, not fear. For them, synthetics aren’t the enemy, and “100% natural” isn't a badge of superiority. What matters is integrity, creativity, and how the perfume makes you feel.

Among Versatile’s colorful collection, one fragrance stands out for its bold, cheeky concept and addictively comforting scent: God Bless Cola.

Created in collaboration with perfumers Elia Chiche and Camille Chemardin from Flair studio, God Bless Cola is a scented love letter to American pop culture, indulgence, and sweet nostalgia. It's a tribute to everything we secretly (or openly) crave – cola drinks, popcorn, peanut butter, caramel, and vanilla. The result is not just a perfume, but a sensory experience that conjures up the joy of a night at the movies or a carefree day at a fairground.

The fragrance opens with a sparkling cola accord – bubbly, fizzy, and instantly playful – paired with an incredibly realistic note of buttered popcorn. As it settles, a delicious heart of caramel, peanut butter, and warm butter wraps around you like a childhood memory. Finally, the drydown reveals a creamy Madagascar vanilla, sweet and smooth, with subtle touches of woody and musky notes to keep it grounded.

But make no mistake – this is not your average gourmand. God Bless Cola is balanced and polished, built with noble ingredients and olfactory wit. One of the most innovative touches? It features a natural popcorn absolute, reportedly the first of its kind used in perfumery. This ingredient gives the scent an unmistakable authenticity, a tactile sense of roasted kernels fresh from the machine.

Packaged in Versatile’s signature 15ml roll-on bottle, God Bless Cola is designed for movement, spontaneity, and personal pleasure. It’s a pocket-sized burst of joy, meant to be rolled onto your wrists before diving into your day – or your cravings.

This extrait de parfum is not for everyone – and that’s exactly the point. It’s made for those who embrace perfume as play, who don’t mind standing out, who love to smell good and different. It’s for the nostalgic, the curious, the whimsical. It’s for those who understand that a scent can be as fun as a joke and as touching as a memory.

With God Bless Cola, Versatile Paris invites us to skip the rules, indulge a little, and celebrate scent with a wink. Because sometimes, blessing a cola is more revolutionary than delivering another “classic” perfume speech.

And maybe, just maybe – that’s the future of fragrance.
